Parade of Homes Link House 143
 has what we are looking for on the north side of the house. MBR in the northwest, great room in the middle, dining room in the northeast with kitchen just south of that. The house we went through was reversed from the floor plan, so I flipped the pictures. Also, there is no 3 season porch on the northeast corner.

Parade of Homes Link House 302 has a nice layout in the northeast corner with the 3 season porch similar to what we'd like to see. Here are some pictures.

• View from upstairs landing looking at high windows, great room, dining area, and 3 season porch. We prefer the dining area not be pushed out north as shown in this picture. We also prefer the kitchen layout in house 143.
• View from dining area toward great room and stairs to upstairs. This particular house plan is more than we want in the southwest corner of the house. It also has a great room AND a hearth room. In our case, just one room between the dining area and the MBR is needed.
