Very cool and usable software. I ordered this about a month ago so I would be eligible for the 4.x edition as a free upgrade once it ships. Will post some samples here in a bit. Modo was built by some former Lightwave developers, so the package has a lot in common with the offerings from Newtek. Modo is designed as a top notch modeler, and renderer. With that in mind the workflow is very nice and has an active community.



The wheel shown above was built by me in Modo based on a tutorial by Andy Brown. Which by the way, he does a very nice job with his work.
