- Developed technique, tactics, fitness & psychological aspects of their game.
- Over the course of 8 seasons, team has a 90% winning percentage.
Head Boy's Soccer Coach – Currently a U-8 Team (Fall 2004 to Present)

- Began team at U-5, recruited and trained team.
- Developed individual technique.
- Over the course of 6 seasons, team has a 75% winning percentage.

- Started and built program up to three teams involving more than 55 girls; largest girls' athletic program at North Kansas City High School.
- Led varsity team to 3 District Championships.
