Vince has served
the financial community for many years, first in the employee benefits sector
(see "other link" below for link to resume) and also now as a
Certified Notary Signing Agent. Getting closer to retirement, he started the
process of learning the notary signing business in 2005 and finished
certification with the NNA in 2006 and 123Notary in 2007. He is background
checked and cleared by the NNA and maintains $100,000 E&O coverage. Most of
the closing work performed is accomplished for premier title companies and
lending institutions to benefit the borrowing public. In order to maintain
desired quality and value, the office has high speed cable internet, two dual
tray laser printers and various software programs necessary to download and
rapidly print the documents at the intended quality and speed needed for short
notice closings. Over 700 closings have been successfully completed with the
assistance of his over thirty years of finance experience.

Rates are
competitive and are based upon the job needed rather than on a set fee
schedule. The range is $100 to $350 for typical refinance closings. Vince also
has experience in purchase arrangements, helocs, reverse mortgages and
construction loans among others.
