Eli & Sophie
Hello...I saw Gretel's web-site and just loved it!!!! We have 3 min-pins....Jack & Jill, who are brother and sister and are 2 1/2 years old and Eli from a different litter, and he is 8 mos. old. Jack weighs 9 lbs., Jill weighs 10 lbs., and Eli weighs 6 lbs! We live in downtown St. Louis in a loft and the pups love the big open spaces they have to run around in. They love to play the "staring game" where they act like they are frozen and see who cracks first by pouncing at the other one and then it's an all out rat-race around the coffee table going 90 mph. All 3 of the pups sleep in a huge basket and are spoiled rotten..every night they have their bedtime blanket heated up in the dryer....they just love it!!! Eli's favorite thing is to jump INTO the dryer as soon as I open the door and just lay on the warm clothes.....Jill, the girl of the bunch is quite the barker and loves to make herself known. Her mannerisms are very ! proper and we often call her Miss Prissy because she often feels she is too good to play with Eli and Jack and just sits on her perch on the back of the couch. All of the pups are up to date with the fashion industry and have a sweater for every occassion....Jill has a leopard fur coat that she loves to prance around the park in..... Favorite things to do:
1. dig in mom's plants
2. bark at people who knock at our front door, ad still bark once I see them and I know who they are (it drives my dad CRAZY!)
3. laying in the sun until I pant and reach a body temp. of the Sahara Desert
4. take naps with mom and dad under the covers on the couch
5. chasing squirrels and climbing the slanted tree in the park in hopes of getting a squirrel
6. playing with our friend Macie (Toy Fox Terrier, who is Eli's girlfriend)
Things we hate:
1. taking baths
2. when mom and dad leave for long periods of time
3. going to the Vet.
4. Seeing other dogs in "our" park
5. when mom and dad say that word "NO"
